NEW! Viburnum Blue Muffin, 'Viburnum dentatum 'Blue Muffin', a Proven Winners selection, is an exciting new compact selection of Arrowwood Viburnum growing growing 3 to 5 feet wide and also 3 to 5 feet tall! The perfect sized plant for residential landscapes. This compact beauty has clusters of creamy white spring flowers late May to mid June, and an impressive display of rich blue berries in August that last all winter.

Viburnums make great ornamental landscape plants and wonderful natives. The fruit attracts most fruit-eating birds, including bluebirds, brown thrashers, cedar waxwings, gray catbirds, robins and thrushes. They are virtually pest free and easy to grow. They can be used as specimens, in a mixed border, as a hedge or in a naturalized planting.

Ships: in ONE-GALLON containers

Viburnum sets more copious amounts of fruit when you have two distinct varieties of the species in close proximity.

How to grow tip: Grows best in full sun to part shade in average garden soil. Can tolerate full shade, acid soil and wet but not soggy ground. Space 4 to 5-feet apart. Prune in late winter to desired shape and size. Easy to grow.
